Our grandkids have a pair of the plasma bikes, and a rear wheel on one of the bikes lost the plastic wheel holders and the wheel came out. After several months of looking for a replacement, my wife found it. The pair came in our regular mail within two days. The replacement process was super easy. I had a tougher time taking out the broken parts than putting in the new ones. With a few taps of a hammer, I repacked it and now my grandkids are all over the driveway with their bikes.
